Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your closet! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange or refund.
All returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags. We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise does not meet our requirements.
Vintage and sale items are returnable for store credit only.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original ship date and should be sent prepaid; we do not accept CODs. Returns received after this period will be eligible for store credit only and may be subject to new reduced prices or restocking fees. Please notify us in advance of returns to expedite the credit/refund process.
Refunds will be processed minus shipping fees; we do not refund original or return shipping costs.
